Dr. Nacht is the Medical Director for the Denver Paramedics, serving the City and County of Denver. He is a Colorado Springs, CO native. He started in EMS as a volunteer EMT in rural Ouray County and with The Ouray Mountain Rescue Team while working as a guide and outdoor educator prior to returning to medical school. He attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed his residency and EMS Fellowship training at Denver Health. After his fellowship he served as an Associate Medical Director for the Denver Paramedics prior to taking his current role. His interests include disaster preparedness, EMS Education and spending time in the wilderness.
