Dr. Thomas E. Collins, a practicing emergency medicine physician at MetroHealth. Collins is MetroHealth’s medical director of the Office of Professional Affairs and program director for the Emergency Medical Services fellowship. He also is an associate professor of emergency medicine at Case Western Reserve University and has served for the last 22 years as medical director for the city of Cleveland’s Department of Public Safety, Divisions of EMS, Fire and Police.
